SYMPTOMS

You sequence Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 in Microsoft Application Virtualization 4.5. Additionally, you have a valid volume license for Visual Studio 2008. However, after Visual Studio 2008 starts successfully in the Application Virtualization Client, you receive the following error message:
Invalid license data
Then, Visual Studio 2008 closes automatically.

Note Virtualizing applications does not negate the Microsoft Software License Terms for the original product.

CAUSE

This problem occurs because of licensing restrictions.
