SYMPTOMS

Consider the following scenario in the Traditional Chinese (CHT) version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0:
  • You use the Chinese (Taiwan) format as the custom format in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.
  • You use the Taiwan calendar in this custom format.
  • You try to run the Data Import function to import some data by using a .csv file.
In this scenario, you receive the following error message:
CrmSoapExtension detected non-CrmException - report will be sent to Watson:
