This hotfix fixes the following issue that is not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:

In Windows SharePoint Services 3.0, there are multiple content types. After you change the column order, the Content Type field appears last in the Web File Properties window for Office2003 clients when you save documents.
