Office Communicator 2007 cannot display Chinese characters in URLs when the EnableURL registry value is enabled

When the EnableURL registry value is enabled (the value equals 1), Office Communicator 2007 cannot display Chinese characters in URLs.

Note The EnableURL registry value is under the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Communicator\ subkey.
