A cumulative update for daylight saving time (DST) changes in several countries is now available for computers that are running Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 Service Pack 2 (SP2).

This cumulative update also addresses daylight saving time (DST) changes in several other countries that were updated in previous cumulative updates. Pacific SA Standard Time
Adds a new time zone for the Santiago time zone that introduces DST start dates and end dates for changes after the prior cumulative time zone update was created in August 2008.

Morocco Standard Time
Adds a new time zone for the Morocco time zone that introduces DST start dates and end dates for changes after the prior cumulative time zone update was created in August 2008.

Pakistan Standard Time
Adds a new time zone for the Islamabad and Karachi time zone that introduces DST start dates and end dates for changes after the prior cumulative time zone update was created in August 2008.

Adds a new time zone for the Brasilia time zone and for the Manaus time zone that introduces DST start dates and end dates for changes after the prior cumulative time zone update was created in August 2008.

Adds a new time zone for the Yakutsk time zone which introduce DST start dates and ends dates.

A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft. However, it is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply it only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix may receive additional testing. Restart requirement

You do not have to restart the computer after you apply this hotfix. However,the Exchange Information Store service and all dependent services are restarted.
