SYMPTOMS

You try to print or preview a report in two separate browsers that are hosted by the same Microsoft Internet Explorer process. When you print or preview the report by using the RSClientPrint control that is included in Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Reporting Services, the Internet Explorer process crashes.

RESOLUTION

Hotfix information

A supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem.
