window CAUSEThis issue occurs if the user names contain Unicode
characters. When you run Outlook 2007 for the first time, Outlook does not
translate user names that are stored as part of the user profile path in the
registry from Unicode to ANSI correctly. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, restart the computer. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a bug in the Microsoft
products that are listed in the "Applies to"
section.
