The state in the conference is inconsistent with the state in the roster in the Audio Video Multipoint Conferencing Unit in Communications Server 2007

In the Audio Video Multipoint Conferencing Unit in Microsoft Office Communicatios Server 2007, the state of the participant that appears in the conference is inconsistent with the state that appears in the conference roster. For example, you notice the following:

• A users is present in a conference and has access to some functions. But, this user does not appear in the conference roster.
• A user is not present in a conference. But, this user appears in the roster as having access to some functions.
• The user's mute status may not be reflected in the conference roster.

To resolve this issue install the update package for Communications Server 2007 Audio Video Conferencing Server that is dated February 2009.
