Symptom 1In Microsoft Office Outlook 2007, when you try to paste a Lotus Notes link into the body of a new e-mail message, the Lotus Notes link is not clickable. This is true if you use the "Copy as Doc Link" command in Lotus Notes to copy the link.
Symptom 2You receive an e-mail message from an Outlook 2003 user. The message contains a Lotus Notes link. When you open the message in Outlook 2007, the Lotus Notes link is not clickable.
Note Symptoms 1 and 2 do not occur in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003.
Symptom 3When you try to paste a Lotus Notes link into a Microsoft Office Word 2007 document, the Lotus Notes link is not clickable.
Note This resolution fixes only the problem that occurs when you perform one of the following operations:
Follow steps 1 and 2 to make Lotus Notes links clickable in new Rich Text messages in Outlook 2007 and in Word 2007 documents. In other words, to fix the problems in Symptoms 1 and 3, follow these steps:
Note If you view the received Outlook 2003 Rich Text message in the reading pane of Outlook 2007, the Lotus Notes link is still not clickable even after you follow these steps.
