An attachment is incorrectly detected as an .rar file in Forefront Security for Exchange Server

SYMPTOMS

If you have a *.* file filter that includes the .rar file type, Microsoft Forefront Security for Exchange Server may incorrectly detect an attachment as an .rar file when it is not an .rar file.

To resolve this issue, install Microsoft Forefront Security for Exchange Server with Service Pack 2 (SP2).
