SYMPTOMS

Consider the following scenario:
  • Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 2007 Service Pack 1 (SP1) is installed on a Windows Server 2003 x64-based system or on a Windows Server 2008 x64-based system.
  • In the System Center Configuration Manager 2007 console, you click the Maintenance Windows tab of a collection.
  • You double-click a maintenance window to change or view its settings.
In this scenario, the state of the check box for the maintenance window that you double-click is changed unexpectedly. For example, if the check box for the maintenance window was selected, the check box is cleared when you double-click the maintenance window. Therefore, the maintenance window is disabled. You expect the state of the check box not to be changed when you double-click the maintenance window.
