SYMPTOMS

When a Microsoft Exchange 2007 user sends a message, the user can set a "Follow Up" flag that has a certain date and time in Microsoft Office Outlook. However, if the message is sent to an external recipient, the "Follow Up" flag is set, but the date and time information are missing.

CAUSE

The date and time information should be included in the "Reply-By" header when the "Follow Up" flag is set. However, Exchange 2007 server misses this information for external message transmission.
