On This PageSYMPTOMSIn an environment where multiple System Center Operations
Manager 2007 management groups share the same reporting Data Warehouse,
the management pack reports do not deploy and are not visible in the System
Center Operations Manager 2007 Console Reporting node. In the System Center Operations Manager 2007 Operations Console Reporting node, the expected reports for installed management packs are not visible. Additionally, no event that indicates a failure to publish reports to the Data Warehouse is displayed in the Windows Event Viewer. Note This problem occurs when multiple management groups share the same Data Warehouse and when different versions of the same management pack are installed in each management group. RESOLUTIONHotfix InformationA supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing the problem described in this article. This hotfix might receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, we recommend that you wait for the next software update that contains this hotfix.If the hotfix is available for download, there is a "Hotfix download available" section at the top of this Knowledge Base article.
