SharePoint Services 3.0.
The following countries have changed their time zone settings for 2008 or 2009, and this information is reflected in Windows. However, this information is not reflected in Windows SharePoint Services.

To update Windows SharePoint Services, you must install the
hotfix package that is described in Microsoft Knowledge Base article
