The password must meeting the Microsoft SQL Server Strong Password requirements:

Does not contain all or part of the user's account name
Is more than eight characters in length
Contains characters from at least three of the following categories:
- English uppercase characters (A through Z)
- English lowercase characters (a through z)
- Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
- Nonalphabetic characters (for example: !, $, #, %)
