Article ID: 967106 - Last Review: April 30, 2009 - Revision: 1.0 FIX: You cannot access a NAND flash driver that is registered for power management notification after you suspend and resume a Windows Embedded CE 6.0-based deviceOn This PageSYMPTOMSYou register the driver of a NAND flash device for power management notification in a Windows Embedded CE 6.0-based device. After you suspend and then resume the system, you cannot access the NAND flash driver. CAUSEThe issue occurs because the SetPowerState method returns an incorrect value when you suspend and then resume the system. This causes the model driven development (MDD) layer to obtain an additional lock and stay in the critical section. Therefore, other threads cannot access the flash driver.
