In a Microsoft Exchange 2007 environment, user A grants the delegate permission (Editor) to user B on the calendar. As the result, a copy is sent to user B if a meeting request invites user A. User B can respond to the meeting request on behalf of user A. However, a meeting request that is marked as an online meeting is sent to user A in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003, user B receives the following message when user B tries to respond to the meeting request in Outlook:Note To mark a meeting as an online meeting in Outlook 2003, select This is an online meeting using for the meeting workspace.
This problem occurs because there is a property definition difference between the Exchange 2007 server and Outlook for the calendar item.
To resolve this problem, install Update Rollup 8 for Exchange 2007 Service Pack 1.
