SYMPTOMS

When you try to export a report that contains many table groups to a Portable Document Format (PDF) file in Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Reporting Services, you receive the following error message:
Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.
This problem occurs if the following conditions are true:
  • A report item can change the visibility of one of the table groups.
  • The initial visibility is controlled by an expression.
