You have a SQL Server Compact 3.5 client database that is synchronized toa central database server by using Microsoft Synchronization Services for ADO.NET. Then, you execute the SqlCeEngine.Compact method against the database. After you change the client database and perform the synchronization, some changes are not uploaded to the central database server.

To work around this problem, use the SqlCeEngine.Shrink method to reclaim space in a SQL Server Compact 3.5 client database.
