ActiveSync enables licensees to support a subset of contact properties. This
feature enables the client to send a supported list of properties on the first
synchronization. This list is used by the server to determine which properties
are deleted.
However, this feature is broken on Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 1 (SP1). The Exchange server returns a status code "4" as a protocol error. CAUSEA necessary class tag is removed from Exchange Server 2007
SP1. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, install Update Rollup 9 for
