FIX: Error message when you synchronize a database in SQL Server 2005 Analysis Services: "Errors in the metadata manager. The dimension with ID of '<Dimension ID>', Name of '<Dimension Name>' referenced by the '<Cube Name>' cube, does not exist"

You apply Cumulate Update 9 for SQL Server 2005 Service Pack 2 (SP2) or later versions to an instance of SQL Server 2005 Analysis Services (SSAS). When you synchronize an SSAS database, the operation fails. You receive the following error message: Additionally, the data on the target server is corrupted. You may find the error message always refers to the same dimension and the same cube. You cannot synchronize the database unless you drop the database, and then re-create the database.
