SYMPTOMS

In an Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 1 (SP1) environment, you create a routing agent that calls the GetMimeWriteStream method and sets the content of the MIME stream after the agent runs some logic on the whole MIME stream. In this scenario, if a sender requests a delivery receipt in an e-mail message, a delivery status notification (DSN) message is returned that has a blank subject in the body even though the original message contains a subject. However, typically, the body of the DSN should contain a list of the recipients and the subject of the original message.
