This update package fixes the following issue:

• 968940  (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/968940/ ) Communication Monitoring Server 2007 R2 cannot support more than 100 instances of Mediation Server or of A/V Conferencing Server

To install this update package, install the OCS2007-KB967837-amd64-MonitoringServer.msp package on the following computers:

Note When you apply this update on servers that run Windows 2008 and have the User Account Control (UAC) enabled, make sure that you start the installation of the update (.msp) by using the elevated Command Prompt. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Click Start

   If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

Removal information

You have to restart the computer after you uninstall the update for Office Communications Server 2007 R2, Monitoring Server.
