Images that are specified in the Tabs.xml file do not load consistently on Communicator 2007 tabs

SYMPTOMS

The Tabs.xml file contains information for all configured tabs. However, some images that are specified in the .xml file do not load consistently on Microsoft Office Communicator 2007 tabs when you use the following Internet Explorer settings:

Check for newer versions of stored pages
1. In Internet Explorer, click Internet Options under the Tools menu.
2. Under the General tab, click Settings in the Browsing history section.
3. Under the Check for newer versions of stored pages section, click to select any option except for Never, and then click OK.
Do not save encrypted pages to disk
1. In Internet Explorer, click Internet Options under the Tools menu.
2. Click the Advanced tab.
3. Under the Security section, click to select the Do not save encrypted pages to disk check box, and then click OK.
