You cannot click the password field and enter a password when you sign in to Office Communicator 2007 R2

When you sign in to Office Communicator 2007 R2, you may be prompted for a password. However, you cannot click the password field and enter a password. To enter the password, you have to click elsewhere on the screen to move the cursor. Then, you can click the password field and enter the password.

To resolve this issue, apply the following update:

After you apply this update, users can always enter passwords directly in the field when they are prompted.
