SYMPTOMS

When the global meeting policy is set to disallow anonymous users, the Office Communications Server 2007 R2 Dial-in Conferencing Settings page will not display the user's conference ID.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, apply the following update:
  • 967836  (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/967836/ ) Description of the update package for Office Communications Server 2007 R2, Communicator Web Access: April 2009
After you install this update, the user's conference ID will appear in the Office Communications Server 2007 R2 Dial-in Conferencing Settings page regardless of the anonymous user global meeting policy.
