After you restart the Communications Server 2007 R2 Response Group Service, the service does not send calls to agents

When you restart the Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 R2 Response Group Service, the service does not read the sign-in state of the agents from the database. The agents still appear to be signed-in. However, the Response Group Service does not send calls to them.

To resolve this issue, apply the following updates:
