Windows Management Framework Core

安装此更新会将 WECSVC 服务的名称从 Event Collector 更改为 Windows Event Collector。此更新还会将与 WECSVC 服务的依赖关系添加到防火墙/ICS 服务中。因此，如果防火墙/ICS 服务没有启动，则 Windows Event Collector 无法使用。
