On a Windows 2000 Agent, a process monitor may not find a process that is running on the agent.
The monitor on the Windows 2000 machine will not work due to the API collecting the Process name truncating process name for processes with # of characters > 15.
When creating the monitor use the truncated process name as it ould appear in task manager or by running tlist on the Windows 2000 agent.
