SYMPTOMS

When you go offline in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Microsoft Office Outlook, some notes are not synchronized to the offline database as expected. Therefore, sometimes, you cannot download the notes when you download some records that contain the notes from the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 server.

RESOLUTION
