Issue that this hotfix package fixes

  • When you open a plain text message in Outlook 2007, some UNC paths that include Circled digits and Roman digits are not resolved as hyperlinks.

    Note This problem occurs because of a problem in the Wwlib.dll file in Word 2007.

Known issue

After you install this hotfix, when you save a document that contains document variables in the Word 2007 (.docx) format, the document variables change unexpectedly.
