For example, the language of the local computer is French, and the language of the IIS 7.0 server is English. When you connect to the IIS 7.0 server, IIS Manager displays the user interface in French instead of in English. CAUSEThis issue occurs because of a problem in IIS Manager that causes it to incorrectly send satellite assemblies during code download.
RESOLUTIONHotfix informationA supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing the problem described in this article. This hotfix might receive additional testing.
