FIX: BizTalk Adapter 2.0 for mySAP Business Suite installation fails on BizTalk Server 2009

You may receive an error message similar to the following when you install the Microsoft BizTalk Adapter 2.0 for mySAP Business Suite Service Pack 1 from the Microsoft BizTalk Adapters for Enterprise Applications media available with BizTalk Server 2009:

 

install.exe - Strong name validation failed.

 

Strong name validation failed for assembly ‘E:\SAP\install.exe’. The file may have been tampered with or it was partially signed but not fully signed with the correct private key.

 

Note In this error message, ‘E:\SAP\install.exe’ is the relative path of the CD drive.

The BizTalk Server 2009 version of the BizTalk Adapter 2.0 for mySAP Business Suite adapter available on the Microsoft BizTalk Adapters for Enterprise Applications media is unsigned.

Download and install the signed version of the BizTalk Adapter 2.0 for mySAP Business Suite available at the link below:

The Microsoft BizTalk Adapters for Enterprise Applications is included with all editions of BizTalk Server 2009 except the Branch Edition.
