Problem description

When you query the Encarta Encyclopedia through the Research pane in Microsoft Office applications, you experience one of the following symptoms:

The service returns no results.
The service is not listed as an available service.

To have us fix this problem for you, go to the "Fix it for me" section. To fix this problem yourself, go to the "Let me fix it myself" section.

Note After you apply the steps in the Fix it for me section or the Let me fix it myself section, the registry keys associated with the Encarta encyclopedia service will be removed. Therefore, you will no longer see Encarta Encyclopedia as a service.
