SYMPTOMS

When a delegate tries to use the Microsoft Office Live Meeting Conferencing Add-in for Microsoft Outlook to schedule a live meeting or to schedule a conference call on behalf of a manager, the delegate's information instead of the manager's information displays in the conferencing request.

Additionally, when the delegate tries to schedule a live meeting, the delegate finds that the Conferencing group is missing from the Conferencing Request tab in the conferencing request.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, apply the following three update packages:
