SYMPTOMS

When you schedule a Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2007 session by using the Conferencing Add-in for Microsoft Office Outlook, you receive the following error message:

An error occurred trying to retrieve recipient properties. Please ensure Outlook is online, or a full Outlook Address Book is downloaded bad.

CAUSE

This issue occurs if the following conditions are true:

You create a contact in the Microsoft Outlook Address Book, and then you fill an e-mail address from the global address list.
You schedule the Live Meeting 2007 session by using the Conferencing Add-in for Outlook, and then you add the e-mail address from your saved Outlook Address Book contacts.
