SYMPTOMS

On a computer that is running Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006, you send SOAP messages by using a SOAP send port. However, you find that the messages are not sent successfully. Instead, the messages are suspended, and an error message is logged in the application event log that resembles the following:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: BizTalk Server 2006
Event Category: BizTalk Server 2006 
Event ID: 5754

Description:
A message sent to adapter "SOAP" on send port "<send port>" with URI "<URI>" is suspended. 
Error details: OutOfMemoryException: Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown.

MessageId: {Message GUID}
InstanceID: {Instance GUID}

CAUSE

This problem occurs because of an error in the SOAP adapter in BizTalk Server 2006.

RESOLUTION

Hotfix information
