The English version of Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0 Service Pack 4 (SP4) is now available. This article contains information about how to obtain and install Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0 SP4. This article also lists documented problems that are fixed in this service pack.
More Information
Service packs are cumulative. This means that the problems that are fixed in a service pack are also fixed in later service packs. For example, Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0 SP4 contains all the fixes that are included in Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0 Service Pack 1, in Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0 Service Pack 2 and in Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0 Service Pack 3. You do not have to install an earlier service pack before you install Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0 SP4. For more information about the fixes that are included in this service pack and for installation information that is not included in this article, see the Installation Guide that is included with the service pack.

Prerequisites
Before you install a service pack, follow these steps:

Perform a SQL Server database backup of all Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0 databases.

Back up all changed dictionary files. For example, back up the Reports.dic file and the Forms.dic file.

Have all users exit Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0.
Removal information
You cannot remove this service pack.
Restart information
No restart is required.

The English version of this hotfix has the file attributes (or later file attributes) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time.
