MORE INFORMATIONAfter you install Mobile Express, some customizations may be
overwritten when the following conditions are true:
Scenario 1 You export the Contacts and Leads customizations from Organization 1 and then import those customizations into Organization 2. Therefore, the Accounts customization, the Contacts customization, and the Opportunities customization are enabled for Mobile Express in Organization 2. However, the Leads customizations are overwritten in the customization file. This behavior occurs because the Leads entity in Organization 1 was not enabled for Mobile Express. Scenario 2 Assume that Organization 1 has the Accounts entity and the Contacts entity enabled for Mobile Express. Additionally, assume that Organization 3 does not have Mobile Express installed. Therefore, no entities in Organization 3 are enabled for Mobile Express. You export the Accounts and Contacts customizations from Organization 1 and then import those customizations into Organization 3. The import process is successful. In this scenario, the import process has no effect, and the Accounts and Contacts entity customizations do not appear in Organization 3. This behavior occurs because Organization 3 does not have Mobile Express installed. Therefore, the Accounts entity and the Contacts entity are not enabled for Mobile Express. Note If you later install Mobile Express in Organization 3, the Accounts and Contacts customizations that you previously imported will appear. Scenario 3 Assume that Organization 1 has the Accounts entity and the Contacts entity enabled for Mobile Express. Additionally, assume that Organization 3 does not have Mobile Express installed. Therefore, no entities in Organization 3 are enabled for Mobile Express. You export the Accounts and Contacts customizations from Organization 3, and then you import those customizations into Organization 1. In this scenario, the Accounts and Contacts customizations in Organization 1 no longer appear. This behavior occurs because Organization 3 does not have Mobile Express installed. Therefore, the Accounts entity and the Contacts entity are not enabled for Mobile Express. Known issues When you use the Opera Mini browser, the Next Page command under Opera Menu may be inaccessible. Workarounds To work around this issue, click Opera Menu, expand Display, and then clear the Automatic full screen check box. MORE INFORMATIONFor more information about
