SUMMARY

This article describes the 2007 Microsoft Office system issues that are fixed in the hotfix package that is dated June 30, 2009.

INTRODUCTION

Issues that this hotfix package fixes

  • You embed a custom application into a Word 2007 document. When you run the application, Word 2007 does not respond to mouse clicks in the main document window.

    Note This problem was previously fixed in the hotfix package that is described in KB 970881.

  • When you try to access a non-existing template in Word 2007, you receive the following error message :
    The requested member of the collection does not exist.
    However, after you install the hotfix package that is described in KB 970881, you do not receive the error message when you try to access a non-existing template in Word 2007.
  • 970889  (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/970889/ ) Font spacing in the picture is distorted if you copy an Excel chart as a picture with the "As shown when printed" option enabled, then paste it into a 2007 Microsoft Office file, and the Excel chart contains certain fonts
