SYMPTOMS

In a Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 environment, you receive Non-Delivery Report (NDR) 5.6.0 and NDR 5.2.0 intermittently when a message contains embedded images:

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, download and then install Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 2 (SP2). You can access the following Microsoft Web site to obtain Exchange Server 2007 SP2:
