In a Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 environment, when a meeting organizer changes a meeting request to Private, the change is not reflected in the attendees' appointment item.

The Private status is saved as PR_SENSITIVITY. This property is defined as one of the properties, which are copied from the meeting message only when a new calendar item is created in Exchange Server 2007.

To resolve this problem, install the following update rollup:

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
