Irregular Start and End Times are not displayed on appointments when printing the Calendar using Daily Style

When you print a daily calendar in Microsoft Office Outlook 2007, the start times and the end times of an appointment are not displayed before the appointment subject. In the printed document, you can still determine the start time for an appointment that starts on the hour or on the half-hour. However, you cannot determine the exact start time for an appointment that starts at a time that does not correspond to a horizontal line in the daily calendar layout, such as at 10:20.

To do this, follow these steps:

1. Install the Outlook 2007 hotfix package that is dated June 30, 2009. For more information about this hotfix package, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

2. Configure the
   ShowStartEndTime
   registry entry. To do this, follow these steps:
   1. Click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then click OK.
   2. Locate and then click the following registry subkey:
      HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Outlook\Printing
   3. On the Edit menu, point to New, and then click DWORD Value.
   4. Type ShowStartEndTime, and then press ENTER.
   5. Right-click
      ShowStartEndTime
      , and then click Modify.
   6. In the Value data box, type 1, and then click OK.
   7. Exit Registry Editor.

Note After you install this hotfix and then print the daily calendar, the start times and the end times are displayed before the appointment subject for appointments that do not start on the hour or on the half-hour.
