Issue that this hotfix package fixes

This update fixes the following issue:

• You set the handset and speaker volume to maximum on a device that is running Office Communications Server 2007 R2, Phone Edition. After you restart the device, there is no incoming audio. This issue occurs most frequently when you set the ring volume to 1/15 of the maximum volume.
