SYMPTOMS

You create an appointment in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 for Microsoft Office Outlook. If the ExchangeEntryID property of the appointment is longer than 512 characters, you receive an error message when you click Track in CRM.

If the platform tracing is enabled, you receive the following error message:
