A Conference Attendant server has incorrect counts on the incomplete call counters in Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 R2

SYMPTOMS

You install the Conference Attendant server role on a computer that is running Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 R2. When users make conference calls that are hosted on Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 R2, the Conference Attendant server incorrectly increments the following counters:
  • CAAPerfCounters.Planning.IncompleteCalls
  • CAAPerfCounters.Operations.IncompleteCallsPerSec

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, apply the following update:

Note After you apply this update, the Conference Attendant server counts the successful calls as expected, and the following counters are incremented correctly:
  • CAAPerfCounters.Planning.CallsTransferredToConference

    Note This is a new counter that is added by the update.
  • CAAPerfCounters.Planning.IncompleteCalls
  • CAAPerfCounters.Operations.IncompleteCallsPerSec
