FIX: You receive a load assembly error message when you publish a BizTalk orchestration as a Web service or as a WCF service in BizTalk Server 2009

On a computer that is running Microsoft BizTalk Server 2009, you perform one of the following actions:

• You use the BizTalk Web Services Publishing Wizard to publish an orchestration as a Web service.
• You use the BizTalk WCF Service Publishing Wizard to publish an orchestration as a WCF service.

However, the publishing operation fails, and then you receive the following error message:

This problem occurs because of an error in the XMLSchema.Compile method. This method is called by BizTalk Server 2009 to compile an XML schema (.xsd) file when an orchestration is published as a Web service or as a WCF service. This is a known issue that is described in the following Microsoft Knowledge Base (KB) article:

Cumulative updated information

For BizTalk Server 2009, the hotfix that resolves this issue is included in Cumulative Update 1 for BizTalk Server 2009.
