On This PageSYMPTOMSOn a computer that is running Microsoft BizTalk Server 2009,
you perform one of the following actions:
Load Assembly Error Unable to load assembly "<path of an assembly>".[System.Xml.Schema.XmlSchemaException] The content type of the base type must not be a simple type definition. CAUSEThis problem occurs because of an error in the XMLSchema.Compile method. This method is called by BizTalk Server 2009 to compile
an XML schema (.xsd) file when an orchestration is published as a Web service or as a WCF service.
This is a known issue that is described in the following Microsoft Knowledge
