SYMPTOMS

In some cases, a compliance server reports incomplete or inaccurate information about user JOIN and PART events in Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 R2 Group Chat Server. For example:
  • These events are suppressed during report intervals in which no coincident CHAT event is processed.
  • These events are reported inaccurately during report intervals in which a subset of servers in the Communications Server 2007 R2 Group Chat Server pool is restarted. However, other servers do not restart.
