Let me fix it myself

To resolve this problem, register the FRx files. To do this, follow these steps.
  1. Exit Microsoft FRx on the server or workstation where these steps will be performed.
Note To successfully follow these steps, the Windows user account must have permission to register .dll files. Log on as a user who has sufficient user rights before you continue.
  2. On the server or workstation on which Microsoft FRx is installed, locate the FRx program folder. The default location is as follows:
    C:\Program Files\FRx Software\FRx 6.7
  3. Download and run the automated solutions application to register the .dll files. You can download the automated solution by viewing the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
855426 How to register Microsoft FRx .dll files
You will receive a message after the installation of each Microsoft FRx DLL file stating whether it either was registered successfully or it failed. Note the full path and file name of each file that does not register successfully.
  4. Depending on the current service pack level of Microsoft FRx that you have installed, one or both of the following file names will be located. Double-click the file that matches the Microsoft FRx service pack level:
    • If you are using Microsoft FRx 6.7 Service Pack 2 (FRx 6.7.2013) or an earlier version of Microsoft FRx 6.7, double-click the FRxReg.exe file.
    • If you are using Microsoft FRx 6.7 Service Pack 3 (FRx 6.7.3073) or a later version of Microsoft FRx 6.7, double-click the FRxReg67.cmd file.
  5. To manually register any files that did not register successfully, follow these steps.
    1. Find the file by using Windows Explorer. The file should be located at the path that you noted in step 3.
Note If the file is not located at the path that you noted, you can copy the file from a working Microsoft FRx workstation.
    2. Right-click the file, and then click Open With.
    3. In the Open With dialog box, click Browse or Other, and locate the System32 folder. For Windows XP and Windows Vista, the default location of this folder is as follows:
      C:\Windows\System32
For Windows Server 2003, the default location of this folder is as follows:
      C:\WinNT\System32
    4. In the System32 folder, click the RegSvr32.exe file.
    5. Click OK to close all the dialog boxes. You should receive a message that the file registered successfully.
    6. Repeat steps 5a through 5e for each file whose successful registration was not confirmed in step 3.
