You cannot scroll to move channels to different categories in Communications Server 2007 R2, Group Chat Administration ToolArticle ID: 972985 This article applies to the following product:
SYMPTOMSIn Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 R2, Group
Chat Administration Tool, you drag-and-drop a chat room
from one category to another category. When the destination category is out of
view, dragging
a chat room to the upper or lower edge of the hierarchical category display
should cause the display to scroll.
However, in this scenario, automatic scrolling does not occur. Therefore, you
cannot move the chat room to the category that is out of view. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, apply the following
update: 969817
